Network Management Lite
Focus: Network Management Lite is a service that seeks to provide the minimum “insurance” that your IT investment, in particular data, is kept safe and sound.
Monitoring and maintaining server only to be optimum, ensuring that they keep running and that the data of business is kept safe (backed up) and secure. PC maintenance hardware/software will be carried out on an as required basis and charged separately at the “additional consulting” rate.

Services:
Remote dialin one a week to provide backup and event log checking on the server
“Always on” servers, scheduling a reboot once a fortnight to keep server resources optimal
Running/scheduling defragmentation
Weekly email report on server health


Pre-requisite: IT Systems Audit prior to contract establishment, Minimum recommendations from audit being implemented, dialin access (may require purchase of modem and remote control software).
Target: Very small businesses



Network Management Plus
Focus: Full IT Management, Remote monitoring and maintaining systems to be optimum, ensuring that they keep running and that the data of business is kept safe (backed up) and secure. Updating security, operating system and application patches.

Services:
Remote dialin one a week (or more often, if required) to provide backup and event log checking on the server
“Always on” servers, scheduling a reboot once a fortnight to keep server resources optimal
Running/scheduling defragmentation
Weekly email report on server health
Assessing and updating of security, operating system and application patches on an as needs and as time permits basis.

Target: Small businesses to medium business


Network Management Advisory
Focus: Acts as a second level support and supplements existing IT staff knowledge providing advisory and consultancy services. Tasks that require more experience can be carried out the NNS Engineer, whilst general desktop management can be carried out be in-house IT person. This services concentrates more on Business IT Requirements Planning (BIRP), proposing and assisting in the implementation of plans to improve your business’ return on IT investment (ROI).

Services:
2nd Level Support provided by:
o Onsite visits
o Remote dialin on an as needed basis when problems are escalated to NNS.
o Telephone support
IT staff relief – if you IT staff are away from work due to illness, leave or a course
Business IT Requirements Planning (including Future-Proofing)
Implementation/Augmentation of processes and procedures
Disaster Recovery Planning
Teaching of industry best practices
Assessing and updating of security, operating system and application patches on an as needs and as time permits basis.
